Slip Testing

We conduct slip resistance tests in accordance with BS7976 part 2, using a calibrated certificated portable Pendulum instrument. Therefore if your floors meet the requirements of the legislation we will issue you with a certificate confirming this - a proof of your due diligence

We conduct slip testing throughout the UK and all testing is carried out to British Standards BS 7976 part 2 using one of our own portable Pendulum Instruments.

With each of our reports we provide the relevant up to date calibration records.

Advance Group has developed its own web based software to support Real Time generation of Slip Test Reports that are available on-line through any device using any browser.

Our web-based software enables a test operator to instantly and easily record the data from a Pendulum Test and offers the added value feature of instant report generation along with current and relevant supporting certificates and documentation.

Clients can now access the results of a test immediately online, and our reporting software allows us to send updated and fully authorised reporting to customers immediately.

Only Advance Group has the ability to manage a slip test inspection, offer instant access to results, and generate a detailed report with full recommendations in Real Time.

Our standard charge for Testing is £480.00 + vat for up to 8 locations on 1 site, further locations are charged at £50.00 per location.

As floor surface slip resistance will change over time depending on volume of pedestrian traffic, cleaning regime, surface durability and environmental conditions; it is recommended that testing on at least an annual basis be employed.
